Vaibhav’s Journey…
Founded by Dhiraj Makkad in Bengaluru in 2001, Vaibhav began with residential interiors and gradually evolved into corporate interiors and General Contracting. With Rajesh Makkad and Jigar Makkad joining the journey, the company established Vaibhav Interior as a proprietary firm in 2004 and became Vaibhav Inter Decor Pvt. Ltd. in 2011.
Over the years, Vaibhav has grown through a dedicated team, strong industry partnerships and long-standing relationships with PMCs, architects, clients, suppliers, vendors and consultants. Today, the company is recognised as a reliable General Contractor, delivering quality projects with a strong focus on commitment, efficiency and timely project delivery.

Born in 1974 in the culturally rich district of Kutch in Gujarat, Mr. Dhiraj's aspirations of becoming a successful businessman and a compassionate philanthropist took root in his early years.
His overarching vision is to nurture the company to a stature where it not only excels in enterprise but also becomes an integral part of societal progress. He envisions a future where the society reciprocates this commitment by embracing the Vaibhav brand wholeheartedly. Mr. Dhiraj's journey is characterized by the virtues of hard work, patience, and unwavering dedication. Moreover, his ability to think innovatively and beyond conventional boundaries adds a unique dimension to his leadership.

Rajesh Makkad
Rajesh Makkad, a native of the picturesque Kutch district in Gujarat, was born in 1981 with an innate desire to succeed in business and contribute to society. His educational journey, from schooling to graduation, unfolded within the vibrant landscapes of Gujarat, shaping his aspirations along the way. In 2002, Rajesh embarked on a new chapter in Bangalore, where he honed his skills and expanded his knowledge through hands-on experience in woodworking and related crafts. For nearly three years, he immersed himself in the intricacies of his trade, laying a solid foundation for his future endeavors. Upon attaining a commendable level of expertise and insight, Rajesh joined forces with his brother, becoming an indispensable member of the Vaibhav team. Renowned for his exceptional abilities in coordination and workforce management, he assumed the pivotal role of Project Director within Vaibhav's esteemed project team. Rajesh's leadership is characterized by his unwavering commitment to enhancing team efficiency and elevating the standards of project execution. With a keen eye for detail and a relentless drive for excellence.

Jigar Makkad
igar Makkad, born in the picturesque Kutch district of Gujarat in 1985, embarked on a journey driven by ambition and a thirst for new experiences. Completing his education in his home state of Gujarat, Jigar harbored a lifelong aspiration to explore opportunities beyond the confines of his hometown.
From an early age, Jigar distinguished himself with his acute powers of observation and a natural talent for negotiation. These innate qualities, coupled with his determined spirit, laid the groundwork for his future endeavors.
Today, Jigar is recognized for his adept negotiation skills and his ability to navigate challenging situations with finesse. His keen observation and sharp business acumen have positioned him as an invaluable asset within the Vaibhav team, contributing to the company's continued growth and success.
